You'll never guess how I started university.
I smashed my first year of A-levels which resulted in me having 4 unconditional offers.
In my second year of A-levels I barely tried, I knew I was going to university regardless of my grades so what was the incentive?
Anyway I got C, D, and D (awful I know) and then being who I was as a teenager I decided I did not want to study Psychology anymore so I declined all my offers.
I started looking at apprenticeships but knew this was not the answer as it would make it difficult to move abroad.
I turned to Allah and made plenty of dua.
One day scrolling through Instagram, I saw an advert for a two-year degree in web development at SAE Institute UK.
Looked too good to be true but I clicked it anyway. Did my application had my interview and within the span of 4 days I started university in Liverpool.
Allah is the best of planners.
I always think what if I just scrolled past that advert? That was definitely one day when I was happy with targeted advertising.
