FAQs
What happens on the call?
We go through your travel goals, how many points you have, how many people are travelling and any other details. With that, you'll know the best way to use your points and won't need to search through sites yourself.
How much is it?
$200 per redemption, paid when you book. If you want help with another trip later, you can book again.
What counts as one redemption?
One trip: A to B and B back to A. More than one passenger is fine. Hotel stays can be included too. Points are often wasted on hotels, so if you have the points we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.
Do you make the booking for me?
We guide you. We can't book on your behalf, so we show you exactly what to do and walk you through each step, and you make the booking yourself.
How many points do I need?
The more you have, the more options we can look at. Bring your balances to the call and we'll work out what's possible.
Which points programmes do you cover?
Any. Amex UK, Amex US or any other programme in the world. We usually transfer points to airline and hotel partners, so we look at your exact cards and points.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. If there are any issues, email sid@sidxt.com.
